Crobox, an AI-powered product discovery platform, is seeking a Customer Success/Account Manager to own a portfolio from onboarding to renewal and report to the Account Management Lead.

Three days a week you will join the Amsterdam office, while the rest of the time you collaborate remotely by video calls. You will turn performance data into actionable advice that improves conversion, retention and lifetime value.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in customer success or account management in B2B SaaS

Responsibilities

• Keep your clients healthy, happy and renewing.
• Spot churn risk early and deal with it before it turns into a fire.
• Turn performance data into clear advice that improves conversion, retention and lifetime value.
• Use consumer psychology and our Persuasion Library to design better shopping experiences.
• Plan growth for your accounts and handle the tricky conversations when they come up.
