Job summary

project44 is seeking a Customer Success Manager for the Amsterdam hybrid team to ensure customers realize lasting value from the platform. You will manage a portfolio post-implementation, driving adoption, retention, and expansion across the EMEA region.

You will collaborate with Professional Services, Managed Services, Sales, Support, Product and Engineering, traveling occasionally to strengthen relationships and drive outcomes. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Additional languages (German, Spanish, French, Italian) are a strong differentiator.
5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably SaaS or logistics tech.
Experience with CRM and CS tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence.

Responsibilities

Own the full post-sale lifecycle for a portfolio of accounts, including onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion.
Drive value realization by ensuring customers realize platform benefits and meet supply chain outcomes.
Own gross revenue retention for the book, forecast renewals, and identify risks early.
Identify and drive expansion opportunities in collaboration with Sales.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, up to executive sponsors.
Lead regular customer ceremonies (QBRs/EBRs), success planning, and health check-ins.
