Job summary

Hyatt Regency Amsterdam is looking for a passionate Sous Chef to lead culinary operations across the Restaurant, Bar, Room Service and Events teams.

We seek a hands-on leader who can manage a kitchen crew, drive quality and consistency, and inspire guests with dishes prepared with care. HACCP knowledge, English language skills, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays are essential.

Qualifications

• Senior Chef de Partie or Sous Chef experience in hotels.
• Experience leading kitchen teams.
• English language proficiency; Dutch preferred.
