Job summary

Grand Hotel Amrâth Amsterdam seeks a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will prepare dishes to recipes, portion and garnish, and assist with dishwashing while maintaining hygiene and HACCP standards. The role offers room for growth within a prestigious, five-star hotel group in central Amsterdam.

You will be part of a collaborative team, with a 38-hour work week and a salary aligned with the Hospitality collective labor agreement. Dutch and/or English language skills are required.

Qualifications

Completed vocational education in culinary arts, with a focus on professional cooking.
Able to work in a hygienic kitchen following HACCP guidelines.
Good knowledge of Dutch and/or English for team communication.

Responsibilities

Prepare dishes according to recipes and take orders when needed.
Portion, garnish, and prepare dishes; handle dishwashing tasks.
Keep the kitchen clean and organized and use kitchen equipment safely.
Enforce HACCP regulations and contribute ideas to refine menus.
Learn and grow with the team in a high-end hotel setting.
