Qualifications

• At least two years of experience as a junior sous chef.
• SVH chef’s diploma or another similar diploma.
• Knowledge of the HACCP regulations or willingness to follow the training course for this.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a kitchen team during service.
• Ensure all dishes meet taste and presentation standards.
• Maintain hygiene and ensure the kitchen is clean and tidy.
• Manage inventory, order extras when needed and support during busy times.
