Job summary

Hyatt Regency Amsterdam is seeking a passionate Demi Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The candidate should bring at least two years of experience as a Commis or Demi Chef de Partie, ideally in a hotel, and enjoy cooking in a guest-focused environment.

You will work with a professional team, bring creativity to the kitchen, and be comfortable with evenings, weekends and holidays. English is essential, Dutch is a plus, and HACCP knowledge is expected.

Qualifications

• Two years+ experience as a Commis or Demi Chef de Partie, ideally in a hotel.
• Good language and communication skills in English, and Dutch preferred.
