Job summary

At Atlassian, we are seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer for the DACH and CEE territories. You will be the product expert in the sales cycle, solving customers' hardest business problems with our software and helping close enterprise deals.

The role requires fluency in German and English, and collaboration with global teams. You will partner with sales and channel teams, lead compelling demonstrations, and guide customers through Atlassian’s broad product offerings to unleash the power

Qualifications

2+ years of experience interacting with enterprise customers in a pre-sales capacity.
Excellent communication and strong presentation skills to multi-level audiences.
Able to bridge business and technical discussions with executives and technical teams.

Responsibilities

Partner with account teams and channel partners to participate in customer discovery and map back to Atlassian products and solutions.
Identify opportunities for cross-product/solution expansion.
Lead value-based demonstrations, both standard and customized.
Understand customer needs in the sales process to gain buy-in for Atlassian solutions.
Document product feedback and competitive intelligence to inform product management.
