Job summary

Atlassian is hiring a Principal Solutions Engineer for the Strategic DACH region. You will lead pre-sales for large accounts, delivering tailored demonstrations and crafting Proofs of Value while collaborating with sales, channel partners, and product teams.

Fluency in German and English is required, with 6+ years in sales engineering and a willingness to travel. A Bachelor's in a technical field is expected; MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in sales engineering, including large strategic accounts.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and executives.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough customer discovery to assess challenges and goals.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations addressing objections and business needs.
• Develop proof-of-concept environments and lead hands-on workshops.
• Stay updated on Atlassian roadmap, certifications, and pre-sales knowledge.
• Collaborate with account managers and product stakeholders to drive deals.
• Articulate Atlassian differentiators against competitors in proposals.
• Experiment with innovative pre-sales approaches to engage customers.
• Be fluent in German and English throughout engagements.
