Vinted Group in Amsterdam is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end hiring for core tech areas. You will partner with Hiring Managers, source proactively, conduct interviews, and extend offers to secure top talent across Engineering, PM, Data Science & Analytics, Design and Research.

You'll coach interviewers, track metrics, and drive process improvements while staying ahead of recruitment trends.

Competenze

Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably in a start-up/scale-up.
Proficiency in sourcing using LinkedIn and recruitment tools.
Experience partnering with Hiring Managers at different levels and coaching interviewers.

Mansioni

Lead end-to-end hiring process for tech areas (Engineering, Product Management, Data Science & Analytics, Design, Research).
Partner with Hiring Managers to define hiring needs and build strong candidate pipelines.
Coach Hiring Managers and interviewers on effective interviewing techniques.
Track hiring metrics and drive process improvements in recruitment workflows.
Lead recruitment campaigns and stay updated on trends and tools.
