Job summary

Vinted in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior TA Operations Specialist to optimise our recruiting tech landscape and drive automation across the Talent Acquisition function. You will lead the adoption of AI-powered tools, manage ATS/CRM systems, and train teams on new technologies, reporting to the TA Operations Lead.

The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a potential extension, offering a hybrid work setup with EU remote options.

Qualifications

Proven experience in TA or Recruitment Operations.
Strong hands-on configurations of ATS platforms.
Experience with ATS rollout or major system changes.
Experience using automation/AI tools (Claude, GPT, MCP Connectors) to improve workflows.
Knowledge of recruiting compliance and data privacy practices.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to learn new technologies and train others.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to automate repetitive recruiting tasks and communications.
Manage and optimise recruitment systems (ATS/CRM/scheduling/analytics).
Support implementation and adoption of AI-powered recruiting tools.
Ensure responsible and compliant use of AI tools and automation.
Train recruiters and hiring teams on recruiting technologies and best practices.
Support vendor evaluations, testing, and change management for new TA tech.
Continuously research recruiting technology trends and propose improvements.
