Vinted Group in Amsterdam is seeking a Chief of Staff for Data Science & Analytics to align and energize a 300+‑person function behind data strategy and execution. You will partner with the VP of DSA to drive planning, reporting cycles, governance, and cross‑functional initiatives while ensuring an efficient operating model.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in strategy, consulting, or strategic transformation roles.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration across all levels.

Responsabilités

• Serve as trusted advisor to VP of DSA and drive operating cadence and planning.
• Own end-to-end reporting cycles (QBRs, OKR meetings, All Hands).
• Coordinate development and execution of key DSA strategies and initiatives.
• Oversee onboarding and academy programmes within DSA.
• Lead governance, meetings, decisions, and follow-through for DSA leadership.
• Support AI integration into data team workflows and cross-functional programs.
• Author strategic documents and conduct industry- trend research with recommendations.
