Job summary

Beyond Connection, based in Amsterdam, seeks a Recruitment & HR Lead to attract top talent and shape a healthy organizational culture. You will set up recruitment processes, implement an ATS, and own HR duties including onboarding, payroll support, and HR policy development.

You will partner with management in a fast-paced Fintech culture, recruit across tech and finance profiles, and drive data-driven hiring while ensuring a positive candidate experience and strong organizational alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or University degree required.
• 5+ years in fast-paced international environment, preferably in talent acquisition and HR.
• Affinity with recruiting highly skilled Tech and Finance profiles.
• Experience with CRM/ATS and implementing such systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up recruitment processes and embed the importance of recruitment.
• Implement an ATS and manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Identify and engage international top talent in Econometrics, Data Science, CS, Physics and/or Mathematics.
• Manage recruitment across all levels while aligning candidates with culture and values.
• Build a diverse candidate pool and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with finance to draft payroll and support HR processes and policies.
• Own HR platform (Personio) and contribute to onboarding/offboarding processes.
