Vinted in Amsterdam is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for our tech-focused teams, including Engineering, Product Management, Data Science and Design. You will partner with Hiring Managers, drive proactive sourcing, and oversee candidate experience.

Formación
- Experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably in startups
- Proficiency in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and other tools
- Proven ability to partner with Hiring Managers and coach interviewers
Responsabilidades
- Define hiring needs with Hiring Managers and manage a seamless recruitment process
- Lead end-to-end hiring: posting, sourcing, interviewing and offers
- Build candidate pools via sourcing, referrals, social media and employer branding
- Coach interviewers on effective hiring techniques for strong candidate experience
- Track key hiring metrics and propose process improvements
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives and recruitment campaigns
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and evaluation tools
