Job summary

Vinted Group in Amsterdam, Netherlands, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist focused on tooling, AI-driven automation, and process improvements to support hiring across the organization.

You will own TA systems (ATS/CRM), drive automation, train teams, and ensure ethical use of AI tools while collaborating with TA Leaders and People Technology. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a hybrid work model and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in TA or Recruitment Operations.
• Strong experience in ATS management and configurations.
• Experience with ATS rollout, migrations, or major system changes.
• Experience with automation/AI tools to improve recruitment workflows.
• Knowledge of data privacy and responsible AI practices.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive recruiting tasks and improve hiring workflows.
• Manage and optimise talent acquisition systems (ATS, CRM, scheduling tools) and reporting dashboards.
• Support the adoption of AI-powered recruiting tools and automation platforms.
• Ensure AI tools are used responsibly and in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Train recruiters and hiring teams on recruiting technologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with TA Leaders and wider People Technology teams on process improvements.
• Contribute to vendor evaluations, tool testing, and adoption planning.
• Research emerging recruiting tech trends and propose improvements.
