Vinted is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to optimize TA tooling and adopt AI-driven automation across hiring processes. You will partner with TA leaders and People Technology teams to deliver scalable tech solutions, enhance data quality and user experience, and drive process improvements.

The role focuses on implementing AI-powered recruiting tools, managing ATS/CRM systems, and ensuring compliant use of automation.

Qualifikationen

Proven experience in TA or Recruitment Operations.
Hands-on experience with ATS configurations and migrations.
Experience using automation/AI tools to improve workflows.

Aufgaben

Automate repetitive recruiting tasks and improve hiring workflows.
Manage and optimize ATS, CRM, scheduling tools, and dashboards.
Implement and champion AI-powered recruiting tools and automation platforms.
Ensure responsible, compliant use of AI and automation tools.
Train recruiters and hiring teams on recruiting technologies and best practices.
Support vendor evaluations, tool testing, and rollout planning.
Research emerging recruiting tech trends and recommend improvements.
