Vinted in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior TA Operations Specialist to optimise our recruiting tech landscape and drive automation across the Talent Acquisition function. We’re seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Specialist to support and optimise the tools and technologies that underpins our Talent Acquisition function and all hiring activity at Vinted. With a strong focus on AI tools and features, automation, and process improvement, this role will serve as a key technical partner within the TA Ops team, helping manage features, improve workflows, automate manual processes, and deliver scalable technology solutions that enhance our hiring processes.
This role is suited for someone who is highly systems-oriented, process‑driven, and passionate about using AI tools, automation, and recruiting technology to improve efficiency, data quality, and user experience.
You’ll report to the TA Operations Lead and co‑create closely with TA Leaders and wider People Technology, Analytics and Operations teams to achieve more complex cross‑functional process improvements.
Note. This role is initially offered as a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, with the possibility of a further 6‑month extension depending on business needs.
Better balance holidays with workdays by working remotely! Up to 90 days per year in the EU, of these, 21 days can be spent globally. For non‑EU citizens, it's 21 days worldwide. This can be combined with time off for vacation or personal time.
Each year, you’ll be given a learning budget (starting at €3,000), and a total of up to 10 working days over a 2‑year period to support your personal and professional development.

The annual gross salary range for this position excluding 8% holiday pay is:
€63.000—€85.200 EUR
