Vinted is expanding its Talent Acquisition team and seeking a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract top talent across Engineering, Product Management, Data Science & Analytics, Design, and Research. The role emphasizes a proactive sourcing mindset, strong English communication, and collaboration with hiring managers to deliver a seamless interview experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sourcer/Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist for tech roles.
• Proficiency in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and recruitment tools.
• Strong candidate engagement and relationship-building.
• Excellent communication in English across teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and interview flow.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment process: posting, sourcing, interviewing, offers.
• Build candidate pools via sourcing, job boards, referrals, social media, employer branding.
• Guide interviewing teams on evaluation techniques and best practices.
• Track hiring metrics and optimize candidate experience across stages.
• Contribute to process improvements in TA workflows.
• Stay updated on recruitment tools and market trends.
