Job summary

Vinted, a leading online marketplace for pre-loved fashion, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to scale its recruitment functions in a high-growth environment. You’ll lead a team of TA specialists, shape the TA strategy, and partner with senior leaders to drive hiring across tech and non-tech functions.

You’ll own end-to-end recruitment, implement data-driven hiring processes, and act as a trusted advisor on market trends and salary benchmarking.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of modern sourcing strategies and competitive talent markets.
• Experience using recruitment analytics to improve processes.
• Strong ability to evaluate candidates and align with business needs.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication with senior stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate ambiguity.
• Proven leadership in Talent Acquisition or TA team settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a TA team, ensuring high performance and growth.
• Co-create and drive the TA strategy and roadmap with leadership.
• Partner with senior leaders to implement effective TA strategies.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes and quality of hire.
• Advise on market trends, salary benchmarking, and pipelines.
• Track key TA metrics and optimize recruitment efficiency.
• Contribute to cross-functional TA projects and recruiter enablement.
