Job summary

Atlassian is seeking an experienced pre-sales specialist to drive Strategy Collection solutions for large enterprise customers. You will partner with sales teams to understand current-state planning challenges and architect value-based solutions on the Atlassian platform.

You will lead compelling demonstrations for executives, map strategic priorities to solution capabilities, and identify cross-product expansion opportunities across the Atlassian portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years serving large enterprise customers in pre-sales or solutions consulting.
• Experience with strategic portfolio management, enterprise planning, talent or workforce planning, or related transformation domains.
• Experience selling or advising on complex SaaS platforms that support executive decision-making and enterprise change.
• Experience leading customer discovery, solution demonstrations, workshops, and technical deal support in partnership with sales teams.
• Executive communication and storytelling skills across business and technical audiences.
• Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Act as a specialist pre-sales expert for Atlassian's Strategy Collection solutions, with depth across Focus, Talent, Align, Goals & Projects.
• Partner with Account Executives and broader account teams to lead customer discovery and architect solutions on the Atlassian platform.
• Lead value-based demonstrations connecting strategy to execution for executives and transformation leaders.
• Identify cross-product expansion opportunities across the Atlassian portfolio to anchor organisations in Atlassian's System of Work.
• Capture customer feedback and market insights to inform product, marketing, and enablement teams.
