Atlassian believes great teams ship better software. Our Solutions Engineering Team in the Netherlands collaborates with Enterprise Sales and Partners to understand customer goals, demonstrate value, and drive transformational deals.

In this role you will conduct discovery, deliver tailored product demonstrations, build PoC environments, stay current with the roadmap, and partner with account teams to align on customer success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sales engineering or equivalent for large strategic accounts.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders across levels of an organization, including executive leadership.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with strong communication skills to drive results.
• Curious, solutions-focused, and comfortable with technology and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough customer discovery to assess challenges, goals, and technical requirements.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations addressing objections and linking capabilities to business outcomes.
• Develop proof-of-concept environments and lead workshops demonstrating features and workflows.
• Stay updated on Atlassian roadmap, pursue certifications, and refine pre-sales knowledge and processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams, account managers, and product stakeholders to drive transformation deals.
• Build understanding of competitors and articulate Atlassian differentiators in competitive scenarios.
• Experiment with innovative pre-sales approaches to enhance customer engagement.
