Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with large enterprise customers in pre-sales/solutions consulting or transformation roles.
• Experience with strategic portfolio management, enterprise planning, talent/workforce planning, or agile-at-scale.
• Experience selling or advising on complex SaaS platforms for executive decision-making and enterprise change.
• Experience leading customer discovery, solution demonstrations, workshops, and technical deal support with sales teams.
• Executive communication and storytelling across business and technical audiences.
• Strong discovery, listening, and consultative questioning skills.
• Ability to map strategic priorities to solution capabilities and outcomes.
• Familiarity with Atlassian products and System of Work; ability to ramp quickly.
• Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Act as a specialist pre-sales expert for Atlassian's Strategy Collection solutions across a portfolio (Focus, Talent, Align, Goals & Projects).
• Partner with Account Executives and broader teams to lead customer discovery and architect Atlassian solutions.
• Lead value-based demonstrations connecting strategy to execution for executives and transformation leaders.
• Identify cross-product expansion opportunities to anchor organisations in Atlassian's System of Work.
• Capture feedback and market insights to inform product, marketing and enablement teams.
