Job summary

Atlassian is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer for our Strategic territory who leads technical engagement in complex sales cycles and helps customers solve their most challenging business problems with our solutions.

You will conduct thorough customer discovery, deliver tailored product demonstrations, develop PoCs, and collaborate across teams to drive transformation deals, while staying current with Atlassian roadmaps and certs. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales engineering at enterprise or strategic accounts.
• Ability to present to senior stakeholders and executives.
• Proactive, collaborative problem-solver with a solutions mindset.
• Excellent oral and written communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough customer discovery to uncover goals and requirements.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations addressing objections and business needs.
• Develop PoC environments and run interactive workshops.
• Stay updated on Atlassian roadmaps, certifications, and offerings.
• Collaborate with account managers and product teams to drive deals.
• Understand competitors and articulate Atlassian differentiators.
• Experiment with innovative pre-sales approaches to engage customers.
