Job summary

The Cloud People is seeking a ServiceNow Trusted Advisor to steer IT Operations and Autonomous IT initiatives for enterprise clients in a dynamic, multi-industry environment. You will translate complex platform capabilities into strategic business outcomes.

As a key advisor to executives, you will co-create roadmaps, drive platform adoption, and collaborate with delivery teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions that unlock value and accelerate digital transformation.

Qualifications

10+ years of ServiceNow platform experience with ITOM specialization and AI-driven operations (AIT) expertise.
Strong knowledge of Strategy Portfolio Management (SPM) and CMDB/CSDM strategies.
Proven ability to drive growth by expanding ServiceNow adoption and delivering measurable business value.
Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

Advise clients on ITOM and CMDB/CSDM strategies using the ServiceNow platform.
Act as trusted advisor to CIOs/CTOs and stakeholders to drive Autonomous IT initiatives.
Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and drive adoption.
Mentor colleagues, lead expert communities, and contribute to TCP Academy.
