Us3 Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Consultant with strong ServiceNow Professional Services or Consulting experience to deliver high-quality technical solutions and guide customers through platform improvements. The role provides technical leadership across ServiceNow engagements and requires hands-on expertise in one or two offerings.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ServiceNow professional services or consulting experience.
• Experience integrating AI into workflows, decision-making or problem solving.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS).
• Expertise in one or two ServiceNow offerings with hands-on leadership.

Responsabilités

• Review and guide advanced technical deliverables including configuration, integrations, testing, and documentation.
• Coach and mentor Technical Consultants and Associate Technical Consultants to improve solution quality and customer value.
• Provide technical leadership and independently run projects.
• Collaborate to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
• Guide customers through technical discussions and documentation to drive innovation and consistent delivery.
• Complete business requirement workbooks covering technical aspects of solutions.
• Participate in customer workshops to assess current processes and establish future-state processes.
• Provide oversight and conduct unit testing of code developed by partners or customers.
• Offer feedback to product teams to improve solutions based on customer experiences.
• Contribute to weekly/bi-weekly engagement status reports with visibility of utilisation, risks, actions.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI into workflows and problem-solving.
