Job summary

The Cloud People is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Trusted Advisor (CRM) to guide clients through CRM transformations and maximize value within the Benelux region. You will work with CIOs, CTOs and sponsors to align ServiceNow CRM with strategic goals and drive adoption across multiple industries.

Leveraging deep technical knowledge and commercial acumen, you will co-create roadmaps, implement scalable CRM solutions, and mentor delivery teams while expanding platform adoption and delivering

Qualifications

• 10+ years of ServiceNow CRM domain experience.
• Proven ability to lead large CRM/CSM transformations.
• Certified in CIS-CSM and/or CIS-FSM.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor to executives and stakeholders, guiding ServiceNow CRM initiatives and maximizing platform adoption to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating ServiceNow capabilities into tangible business outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales and account teams to identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities while expanding adoption.
• Mentor colleagues, contribute to thought leadership, and support TCP Academy.
