Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a seasoned sales professional to grow key Benelux accounts for a leading electronic security distributor. You will manage, develop and close opportunities across CCTV, alarms, access control and smart building tech, while building long-term partnerships with installers, integrators and end users.

The role is fully remote with field travel across the Benelux and requires a proactive, autonomous approach, strong Dutch and English skills, and willingness to travel regularly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales within the electronic security industry.
• Knowledge of CCTV, intrusion alarms, access control, or related security technologies.
• Strong track record in new business development and account management.
• Established network within the security, distribution, or systems integration market.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the Benelux region.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key customer accounts across the Benelux region.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the security technology market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with installers, integrators, and end users.
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular forecasting updates.
• Promote a portfolio of security solutions, including alarms, CCTV, access control, and smart building technologies.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective customer solutions and support.
• Represent the business at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
