Job summary

Senstar is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead our Benelux region from a home office with travel across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. You will establish new partnerships, maintain contacts, and ensure customers are delighted by our perimeter protection sensors and video management systems.

You will close deals, manage the full sales cycle, and develop regional growth plans while collaborating with sales and support teams to keep processes efficient.

Qualifications

• Experience in (technical) sales, ideally in security; consultative selling and managing sales cycles (channel sales).
• Tech affinity: comfortable with IP, hardware, or software; excited by technology.

Responsibilities

• Delight customers by presenting our portfolio and solutions, focusing on needs.
• Close deals and manage the full sales process, including long cycles.
• Create regional plans and drive growth, pipeline, and numbers.
• Identify market trends and opportunities to expand partnerships.
• Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Explain security solutions and turn customers into fans of our products.
