Job summary

Edison Smart is seeking a Sales Engineer for the Benelux region based in the Netherlands. You will be the technical face of the sales team across pre-sales, sales, and post-sales, translating customer needs into secure architectures and proposals.

Work closely with the Regional Sales Director to win and support business across energy, manufacturing, transportation, and government customers. Fluent English and Dutch are required, with regular travel across the region.

Qualifications

• Strong networking knowledge (CCNA or equivalent).
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Cybersecurity experience (incident management or pentesting) is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the region.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Support customers and partners through pre-sales, sales and post-sales activity.
• Qualify opportunities technically and design architecture for quotations.
• Act as the technical focal point for customer and partner communications, feeding field insight back internally.
• Follow up on issues and new feature requests with R&D as needed.
• Enable and train partners to effectively position, sell and support the solution.
