Bullhorn is seeking an Account Executive in the Netherlands to recruit, develop, and close new business within a defined region. You will position Bullhorn software and services to give clients a competitive edge, managing discovery meetings, product demos, and deal closing.

You will be on the front line helping customers through the purchase journey, evaluating solutions for critical business challenges, and guiding implementation to positively impact their organization.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of SaaS sales or recruitment sector experience.
• Proven track record in B2B sales.
• Experience with consultative selling across diverse stakeholders.
• Interest in AI developments.

Responsibilities

• Qualify prospects by identifying needs and aligning with Bullhorn solutions.
• Research and network to build a robust prospect pipeline.
• Convert prospects into qualified sales opportunities and close deals.
