Job summary

Bullhorn is hiring a Business Development Representative in Amsterdam. This hybrid role requires presence in the Amsterdam office at least three days a week and focuses on generating new business opportunities for the sales team while delivering excellent customer service to prospective clients.

You will qualify leads, pass them to the appropriate sales representative, and develop your skills for potential future sales roles within Bullhorn.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual in Dutch and English (non-negotiable).
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to multiple programs.
• Comfort with CRM, applicant tracking and marketing automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute proven processes to generate new sales opportunities.
• Map prospective accounts around organizational structure, people and existing technology.
• Follow up on all new inbound inquiries within a set timeline.
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.
• Leverage CRM tools to prospect into specific geographic territories.
