Job summary

JLL in The Netherlands is seeking an experienced Staff Residential Property Assistant Manager to lead the SRP service across our residential portfolio. This senior role combines strategic oversight with hands-on management, mentoring the SRP Assistant team, and serving as a key liaison with senior stakeholders.

You will ensure properties meet client standards, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations while driving continuous service improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Substantial commercial property management experience with supervisory or management progression.
• Professional certifications in property or facilities management are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the SRP Assistant team to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Serve as primary escalation point for complex property matters with senior client representatives and landlords.
• Oversee the SRP portfolio with budgets, financial forecasting, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, ISO processes, and client policies across the portfolio.
• Drive process improvements and standardization across SRP operations.
• Conduct regular quality audits and address non-compliance proactively.
• Support business development through client relationships and service reviews.
