Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a SRP Assistant to deliver Staff Residential Property services in The Hague, NL. You will ensure properties are ready for occupancy and manage leases, invoices, and health and safety documentation with attention to detail.

You will coordinate move-ins/outs, supervise related admin, and act as a single point of contact for Landlords, managing agencies, and occupants. Strong MS Office and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution preferred or equivalent.
• Experience managing commercial properties and related budgets is expected.
• Strong communication and client service skills essential.
• Experience with budgeting, CAM reconciliations, and financial reporting is required.
• Experience using property management accounting platforms.
• Proficient to communicate with internal/external stakeholders at all levels.
• IT literacy with MS Office suite and basic reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare residential properties for occupancy within contractual deadlines.
• Read, read leases, invoices, CPI index, and H&S documents for staff properties.
• Coordinate move-ins/outs and related admin tasks.
• Maintain inventories with evidence (photos, docs).
• Coordinate subcontractors and internal teams ensuring safety compliance.
• Plan appointments with sub contractors and occupants.
• Act as liaison with landlords, managing agencies, and occupants daily.
