Job summary

JLL is seeking a Staff Residential Property Manager in the Netherlands to lead the SRP service across an extensive portfolio. You will drive strategy, oversee budgets, and mentor the SRP team while ensuring client standards and regulatory compliance.

You will manage complex properties, engage senior stakeholders, and champion continuous service improvements within a global property management group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field required.
• Substantial commercial property management experience with supervisory/management progression.
• Professional certifications in property/facilities management desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the SRP team to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships and present performance reports.
• Oversee budgets, CAM reconciliations, variance analysis and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and client policies.
• Drive process improvements and reporting across SRP operations.
• Support business development and client relationship strategies.
