Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in property management or real estate is required.
• Experience supervising property management with budget accountability.
• Fluency in English and Dutch is required for stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor the SRP Assistant team to ensure consistent service.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, and cost control across the SRP portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and ISO processes.
• Manage lease negotiations, move-ins/outs, and dispute resolution.
• Provide strategic reporting and stakeholder updates to senior leadership.
• Support business development and service improvements.
