Job summary

JLL seeks a proactive SRP Assistant in The Hague to deliver Staff Residential Property services in line with client guidelines and health and safety rules. You will own the full SRP posting cycle, coordinate move-in and move-out activities, and liaise with landlords, FM teams, and subcontractors to meet client standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in commercial property management and budgeting.
• Experience with CAM reconciliations and financial reports.
• Experience using a property management accounting platform.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage SRP property readiness and occupancy timelines.
• Read, evaluate leases, invoices, CPI indices, and safety documents.
• Oversee move-in/move-out activities and related admin.
• Maintain inventories with photos and records.
• Coordinate subcontractors and internal teams per safety standards.
• Plan appointments and act as single point of contact for tenants.
• Build relationships with landlords, managing agencies and occupants.
• Monitor KPI and SLA reporting; handle claims and insurance issues.
• Support safety programs and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental legislation.
• Ensure processes, work orders and documentation align with company policies.
