Job summary

AMS is looking for a Senior Recruiter (Korean Speaker) to support technical and niche hiring across evolving areas like AI. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, engage Korean-speaking candidates and stakeholders, and build strong talent pipelines in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers a remote setup with flexibility around location and hybrid collaboration as needed. The ideal candidate has strong stakeholder management skills, experience in tech recruitment, and a passion for learning

Qualifications

• Proven experience in end-to-end (360) recruitment.
• Business-proficient Korean language skills.
• Capable of independently sourcing candidates and building talent pipelines.
• Able to provide market insights, including talent availability and hiring challenges.
• Background in the technology industry (highly preferred).
• Exposure to hiring for AI-related roles.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted client relationships with senior hiring managers and lead end-to-end recruitment delivery.
• Mentor recruiters and sourcers; share best practices with the team.
• Lead vacancy consultations; define recruitment plans with hiring managers and sourcing teams.
• Ensure candidate updates are tracked in all systems and flag scope creep.
