You will own end-to-end drafting across descriptions, letters, policies, and templates, ensuring precise language and alignment with compensation rationale and HR standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as an HR generalist, recruiter, or people operations professional
• Direct ownership of writing job descriptions, offer letters, HR policy, or performance-review materials
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows (job descriptions, offer letters, policy, performance reviews)
• Draft and polish compensation rationale, handbooks, and templates for HR processes
• Support training of language models on professional document tasks
