Join a fast-growing AI organization at a pivotal stage of international expansion, supporting the team behind a platform used by tens of millions of people worldwide. You'll play a central role in identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent across global markets, with a particular focus on technology. Working closely with senior leadership and hiring managers, you'll help build teams that can support the company’s next phase of growth. The role combines hands-on sourcing and recruitment with opportunities to improve processes, introduce AI-powered tools, and strengthen employer branding. You'll operate in a fully remote, high-trust environment alongside an international team of experienced technology professionals. This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on both the people strategy and the continued growth of a category-defining AI business.

Accountabilities
  • Global talent sourcing: Identify, map, engage, and attract high-caliber candidates across major technology hubs worldwide, including both active and passive talent.

  • AI-first recruitment: Leverage AI agents, sourcing platforms, technical communities, and unconventional channels to develop efficient and innovative recruitment strategies.

  • Talent relationship management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective candidates to create strong talent pipelines ahead of future hiring needs.

  • Candidate experience: Own the candidate journey from initial contact through offer and closing, ensuring every interaction is professional, transparent, respectful, and engaging.

  • Candidate assessment: Conduct structured interviews to evaluate technical capabilities, experience, motivation, and cultural alignment, providing clear and actionable feedback to hiring managers and leadership.

  • Hiring operations: Partner with founders, team leads, and other stakeholders to streamline recruitment workflows, reduce friction, and improve hiring operations as the organization grows.

  • Employer branding: Contribute to initiatives, content, and campaigns that strengthen the organization’s position as an attractive destination for exceptional global AI and technology talent.

  • Talent acquisition innovation: Experiment with new sourcing methods, recruitment technologies, workflows, and strategies to continuously raise hiring quality and efficiency.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years focused on technology recruitment.

  • Previous experience working within a startup or scale-up, ideally in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.

  • Demonstrated global sourcing experience, with exposure to recruiting talent across regions such as Europe, the United States, and Latin America.

  • Hands-on familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern recruitment tools and platforms.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with fluent English.

  • A goal-oriented, ownership-driven approach and the ability to take responsibility for outcomes.

  • A doer mindset, comfortable balancing execution, planning, and strategic thinking in a rapidly changing environment.

  • A humble, curious attitude, with a willingness to learn, receive feedback, and continuously improve.

  • Comfort recruiting for AI products that may involve uncensored models and content.

  • Nice to have: Experience recruiting within the AI sector or strong familiarity with AI and LLM technologies.

  • Nice to have: Experience or exposure to employer branding, compensation benchmarking, or broader Talent Acquisition initiatives.

Benefits:
  • Flexible contract: B2B is preferred, with flexibility for the right long-term arrangement.

  • Fully remote: Work from anywhere and choose the environment in which you perform at your best.

  • Paid time off: 20 working days of PTO per year.

  • Annual team gathering: Join a yearly in-person meetup to connect with colleagues, collaborate, and celebrate achievements.

  • Health & wellness support: Monthly allowance of $100 USD toward health insurance expenses.

  • Mental wellness support: Unlimited 1:1 sessions with psychologists and lifestyle experts through OpenUp, also available to up to three family members.

  • Co-working budget: Up to two co-working visits per month, with a budget of €35 / $40 per visit.

  • Learning budget: Financial support for courses, books, conferences, events, certifications, and other professional development opportunities.

  • Home-office equipment: Company laptop provided, plus up to $250 for a monitor and $150 for keyboard, mouse, microphone, and headphones.

  • AI tools: Premium access to tools such as ChatGPT, Hugging Face, Claude Code, and other AI solutions needed to excel in the role.

  • Compensation: Salary is determined according to role level, scope, location, and market data, with ranges applied consistently regardless of candidate background or negotiation history. The final offer reflects assessed experience and scope.
