Job summary

Monks seeks a Senior Operations Manager to ensure efficient account delivery, overseeing systems, processes, resourcing, and governance in a collaborative, cross-functional setup. You will work with internal teams and external partners to maintain accuracy and mitigate operational risks.

You will lead initiatives around onboarding, access, and publishing operations while coordinating with Finance, Account, and Production to ensure timely reporting and escalations when needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive operational leadership in a creative agency setting.
• Experience in leading projects involving AI technology and data analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide actionable recommendations.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to guide teams toward strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day administration of the systems, tools, trackers, and documentation used to operate the account.
• Implementation and maintenance of operational processes, SOPs, R&Rs, intake processes, escalation paths, and ways-of-working documentation.
• Monitoring adoption and identifying recurring workflow issues or gaps for escalation to leadership.
• Coordination of operational readiness for new systems, tools, and process rollouts.
• Maintenance of allocation, availability, open-role, freelance, transition, and capacity tracking across the business.
• Coordination with multiple leads to keep resourcing information current.
• Preparation of recurring capacity and resourcing reporting for leadership.
• Identification and escalation of allocation issues and staff-plan discrepancies.
• Administrative coordination of approved staffing changes while project management retains ownership.
