Job summary

Monks is seeking a Senior Specialist, Business & Delivery Operations to ensure delivery teams run projects on time, within scope, and with commercial alignment. You will collaborate with Creative, Account, Governance, Finance, PM and Resource Management teams across Mexico and LATAM.

This hands-on role connects day-to-day delivery with resourcing, financial discipline, and process improvements, tracking performance and enabling proactive action.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in delivery operations, project management or agency operations.
• Strong understanding of delivery fundamentals: scope, timelines, staffing, budgets, risks.
• Exposure to budgets, burn rates, utilization and margins.
• Advanced Google Sheets with dashboards and operational data.
• Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Monday.com or Smartsheet.
• Interest in AI, automation and process optimization.
• Strong communication in Spanish and English.
• Highly organized, analytical and proactive in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor delivery performance: timelines, scope, actual hours, budget, utilization, risks.
• Support scope validation, estimation and delivery planning.
• Identify scope leakage, budget overruns, staffing gaps, risks with clear recommendations.
• Forecasts, capacity visibility and operational reporting with cross-functional teams.
• Support resource allocation across local teams and regional hubs.
• Prepare dashboards and reports for weekly reviews and monthly discussions.
• Ensure standardized workflows, governance, reporting, risk tracking.
• Use AI-enabled tools to streamline reporting and planning.
• Identify process improvements to boost speed, quality and cost efficiency.
• Build cross-functional relationships and challenge unclear briefs.
