Monks is seeking an Associate Director, Project Management to architect clarity in a high-volume creative environment, delivering world-class content for the Google ecosystem. You will own workflows from inception to delivery, scale operations, and proactively remove friction with internal and external partners.

Candidates must thrive in ambiguity, drive structured processes, and lead cross-functional teams across Marketing, Legal, Product, and Creative.

Formación

• Extensive experience (6+ years) in Marketing and Program Management.
• Proven track record building workflow infrastructure from the ground up.
• Understanding budget, scoping, and staffing trade-offs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day program management of launch campaigns.
• Oversee creative reviews and coordinate approvals with cross-functional partners.
• Act as primary POC for workstream owners and stakeholders.
• Align timelines with marketing milestones and gates.
• Identify friction points and architect scalable workflows.
• Oversee agency staffing and performance within workflows.
• Identify opportunities for automation and tooling.
