Job summary

Monks is seeking a proactive Project Manager to oversee complex client projects from brief to launch. You will partner with Designers, Motion Designers, Strategists, Producers and Creative Account Leads to deliver on time, within scope, and with high quality.

This role supports multiple clients in a fast-paced agency environment and requires strong organizational discipline and clear communication. You’ll balance quality, speed, and relationships, advocate for efficient processes, and help scale

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management in an agency setting.
• Strong knowledge of project management fundamentals.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and risk management.
• Proficient with Google Suite, Asana; familiarity with Frame.io and Harvest is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive deliverables and remove barriers on day-to-day project work.
• Coordinate intake, triage, planning, execution and launch activities.
• Develop PM artifacts: schedules, cost estimates, SOWs, dashboards and status reports.
• Improve PM processes and onboard new tools for Creative Services.
• Manage multiple clients and timelines without compromising quality.
