Job summary

Monks is seeking an Operations Project Manager to serve as the central operational manager for the digital newsroom. You will onboard squads, oversee day-to-day content pipelines, coordinate tool integrations, and track real-time output delivery.

With 5+ years in digital project management in media or agency networks, you will coordinate Airtable/CMS workflows and production pipelines, acting as a liaison between writers, producers, and international client leads.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital project management, traffic coordination, or editorial operations within media or agency networks.
• Advanced hands-on proficiency with Airtable, CMS environments, and digital production pipelines.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to track high-volume daily deliverables across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and manage newsroom workflows across operational tools (Airtable, Live Editor CMS, Slack channels).
• Manage daily content ordering cadences and track output delivery velocity across syndicated, transcreated, and original editorial deliverables.
• Act as the daily operational liaison between newsroom writers, creative producers, and international client leads.
• Monitor schedule milestones to ensure all backfill and launch content publishes on schedule.
