Job summary

Bacardi is seeking a KAM Off Trade in the Netherlands to drive revenue and build strategic relationships with key customers. You will own the commercial plan, forecast demand, and lead Joint Business Plans.

The role requires 3-5 years key account experience in FMCG, Dutch and English fluency, and a results-driven, collaborative mindset. You will work with Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to execute plans and maximise market performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience managing Key Accounts at national level in FMCG.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on revenue targets including NSV, Gross Margin, ROI and value share.
• Negotiate trade terms, promotions, and marketing investments.
• Provide accurate demand forecasting to Supply Chain and Finance.
• Develop and execute Joint Business Plans with key customers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with Key Accounts and head office.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to execute plans.
