Job summary

Bacardi is seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive brand activations and growth in the on-trade in Midden-Nederland. You will build strong relationships with key customers, develop tailored solutions, and lead campaigns that boost visibility and sales.

With 3+ years in on-trade/FMCG and a proven performance track record, you will collaborate across Marketing, Finance and digital teams to deliver premium brand experiences for our consumers and partners.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in sales and on-trade sector or FMCG industry required.
• Proven track record of performance and delivering results.
• Strong networking/interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with active listening.

Responsibilities

• Partner with key customers to build outstanding relationships and develop solutions.
• Deliver quarterly targets: activations, visibility in outlets, and business optimization.
• P&L responsibility via budget management of contracts and ROI analysis.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders (bar owners, managers, marketing, digital, finance).
• Coordinate with Marketing, CPA and brand ambassadors to host prestige events and activations.
• Contribute to regional projects and cross-functional initiatives.
