Job summary

Bacardi-Martini is seeking a dynamic sales professional to lead on-trade partnerships across the Netherlands, focusing on premium brands and activations in Rotterdam and surrounding regions.

You will drive quarterly targets, manage budgets, and build strong relationships with bar owners, managers, and marketing teams to deliver best-in-class brand experiences. This role supports the Winning in Amsterdam initiative and regional growth.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in sales and on-trade sector or FMCG required.
• Activation experience would be beneficial.
• Selling is key.
• Strong networking/interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical, planning, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with key customers to build relationships in on-trade outlets and develop tailored solutions.
• Deliver quarterly targets for brand integrations, activations, and outlet visibility.
• Manage budgets and ROI analysis for marketing investments.
• Collaborate with bar owners, managers, marketing, digital, and finance as business partners.
• Coordinate with Marketing, CPA and brand ambassadors to deliver brand activations.
• Contribute to the Winning in Amsterdam project team.
