Job summary

Kramp is seeking an HR Business Partner to partner with the VP and Management Team, translating business strategy into organisation, leadership, talent, and people priorities. This end-to-end HRBP role covers strategic topics and day-to-day support for managers, including complex employee relations and change initiatives.

You will own HR topics to completion, collaborating with CoEs, HR Operations and Recruitment.

Qualifications

• Broad HR expertise across business partnering, employee relations and organisational design.
• Experience advising senior leaders and guiding complex employee cases under Dutch Labour Law.
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into people priorities and drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with VP and Management Team to translate business strategy into people priorities.
• Provide challenge and insights to strengthen decision-making.
• Advise managers across the employee lifecycle including performance, development, and reward.
• Own employee relations cases end-to-end, including sickness, performance, and conduct.
• Lead the people side of organisational change, including design and restructurings.
• Coordinate HR activities end-to-end and ensure delivery in systems.
