Job summary

Kramp is seeking a Performance Management Lead to strengthen our performance and growth culture across Europe. The role focuses on linking strategy to day‑to‑day work, ensuring clear goals and effective performance conversations, with a broader Organisational Development perspective.

You will work in a hybrid setup, collaborating with the TA&OD team and HR across Europe to embed PM, connect with Reward and Learning, and drive improvements using data and insights.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Performance Management within an international organisation.
• Proven track record implementing PM with goal setting, cascading, feedback and development discussions.
• Ability to translate PM approach into practical processes and systems; experience with Workday or similar HR system.
• Experience driving adoption and building capability across managers, employees and HR using data to track progress.
• Sophisticated stakeholder management across countries, functions and HR teams.
• Excellent communication in English; Dutch language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Kramp’s Performance Management agenda and mature the approach across Kramp.
• Align strategy, team priorities and individual goals with clear contribution.
• Make Performance Management engaging with high-quality goal setting, feedback and development conversations.
• Build PM capability across managers, employees and HR.
• Ensure systems, processes and communications enable the PM approach with HR Service Delivery and Communications teams.
• Connect PM with Reward, Talent & Succession and Learning & Development while supporting the broader OD agenda.
• Use data, feedback and external insights to drive improvements in effectiveness.
