You will advise business leaders, translate priorities into people strategies, drive talent development and lead organizational change while ensuring compliant HR delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR-related field.
• Several years of HRBP or People Manager experience.
• Proven advisory experience to senior leaders and change management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR advice on organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.
• Translate business plans into people strategies and identify capability needs.
• Coach line managers on leadership, performance and engagement.
• Lead organizational changes and manage people impacts.
• Drive talent management, succession planning and development.
• Manage day-to-day HR activities for assigned populations and ensure compliance.
