Job summary

KH01 Kramp Groep B.V. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to translate business strategy into people priorities and to advise managers across the employee lifecycle. You will own employee relations cases end-to-end and lead the people side of organizational change.

You will partner with CoEs, Cluster HR, Recruitment, and HR Operations, bringing strong business acumen and a pragmatic, proactive approach. Flexibility to partly work from home is offered within a Dutch framework.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HRBP or similar role.
• Strong business acumen with hands-on HR and employee relations experience under Dutch Labour Law.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence decisions.
• Experience with organizational change, talent, performance, sickness/absence and complex employee cases.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into organizational and people priorities.
• Advise managers across the employee lifecycle and own employee relations cases end-to-end.
• Lead the people side of change, including organization design and restructurings.
• Partner with CoEs, Cluster HR, Recruitment and HR Operations.
• Share cross-functional HR insights and drive selected topics.
